-The majority of the metal building structure is up with the roof on.
-The mason's have the 3 perimeter walls up in the auditorium and are now working on the west corridor wall along the auditorium and the band & choir classrooms.
-During the last 2 weeks of July, the floor slabs will be poured in the new office area, auditorium, and band & choir rooms. Also, the ramp tieing in the cafeteria to the elementary wing will be poured and the bricking in the front of the building will be close to completion.
July 06 2016 Update:
All of the foundations are poured and the only pouring left to complete is a small wall in the back. Today Jason Friedrick is backfilling. The structure in the office area will be set today and that roof will be also be decked today.
The masons arrived this week and are working on the block the the auditorium steel will be setting on. All concrete work will be completed by the end of this week, except for the floor slabs.
The old boilers will be removed this week and the plumbers will be running pipe this week as well. The electricians are continuing with the fire alarm installation work. Most of this work will be completed by the end of this week.
The District's custodail and maintenance crew will be painting the new library and art room, as well as the new business room and spanish room.
